Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture (BINA) is going to celebrate 100 years birthday of our great leader, “Father of the Nation,” Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, whose keen interest was on agriculture to rebuild the war ravaged country’s economy. Due to his dynamic efforts and future guidelines, Bangladesh has not only achieved food security but also became a role model for agricultural development globally. BINA, among other constituent organs of National Agricultural Research System (NARS), has meanwhile been able to attain a unique and distinct position for developing and releasing a number of high yielding varieties of several important crops and crop production technologies including biologically nitrogen fixing inocula by peaceful use of nuclear and advanced techniques embedded with the dream of smiling face of the people of Bangladesh. This Conference mainly focuses on nuclear, induced mutations and other allied frontier research in agriculture to combat Climate vulnerabilities and nutritional food securities.

Objective of the conference

To provide a key platform for the development of researcher’s knowledge, skills and experiences, enhancing the quality decision making of policymakers and promoting the sustainability in agriculture sector to eradicate poverty and hunger.

Call for Abstracts and full papers

Abstracts for oral presentations addressing any of the thematic areas of the conference are invited. Your abstract (within 300 words) should contain a title, name and affiliation of the authors along with email address, background, objectives, methodology, findings and conclusion. Please submit your abstract to conference@bina.gov.bd by 10 January 2022. The authors of the accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full paper within specified deadline. The accepted abstracts will be published in the conference e-proceedings and the accepted full papers will be published in Bangladesh Journal of Nuclear Agriculture (BJNA)
